Tool Maker

Job Description

To fabricate press tools, jigs, fixtures and machine parts according to the drawings
To troubleshoot and repair press tools for Stamping & Multislide departments
To fabricate a new press tool and trouble-shoot on the stamping machine until the QA approves the First Article sample
To modify the press tool according to the drawings
To maintain machines and press tools in good condition
To account for and maintain proper records of work done on time
To maintain good working conditions and proper housekeeping in the workplace
Other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor
